นับตั้งแต่เปิดให้การศึกษา จนกระทั่งถึงปัจจุบัน มีนักศึกษา ทั้งพระภิกษุ สามเณร อุบาสก อุบาสิกา และสาธุชนทั่วโลก ได้เข้ารับการศึกษาใน DOU กว่า 3,000คน และในปีนี้นับเป็นปีแรกที่มีนักศึกษา ได้ศึกษาจนจบหลักสูตรปริญญาตรี 4ปี และเตรียมรับปริญญาบัตร จำนวน 276ท่าน ซึ่งจะได้ทำพิธีรับมอบปริญญาบัตร ณ สภาธรรมกายสากล ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 7 กันยายน พ.ศ.2551 นี้
